They also release spores into the air which are harmful to health if inhaled. Steam cleaning your roof not only looks great but will improve air quality and prolong the roofs life. Gutter cleaning is included with the service.

Drives & Paths

Over time drives and paths gather moss, weeds, algae and dirt, which leave them discoloured and looking old. Our steam cleaning tools and technology will bring them back to life and save the need for expensive resurfacing work. We also offer a re-pointing service for brick weave surfaces.

Facades & Walls

Restore brick, stone and render facades and wall surfaces to their original beauty by remove the build up of organic and carbon stains. Steam cleaning minimises the risk of harm to the brick and mortar, and is therefore particularly suitable for older or delicate buildings.

Patios

Every home deserves a beautiful patio surface which is why a professional steam clean is the only way to restore your patio to it’s former beauty. We use a range of nozzle jet sizes and attachments to suit the most delicate paving and eliminate the most stubborn stains such as Lichen (black spots).

Decking

Decked areas look amazing when first installed but over time they gather algae, dirt and soon turn slippery and become a danger in wet conditions. Unfortunately decking is impossible to clean with high pressure as it strips the wood away, however with a low pressure steam clean we are able to get them looking like new again.

Solar Panels

Dirty Solar panels will reduce energy output by as much as 10%. Therefore, to keep your energy bills as low as possible we recommend owners have their solar panels cleaned every 1-2 years.

Biocide Treatment

To help prevent organic growth returning, we can apply a professional grade biocide treatment to any area post clean. To keep maintenance to a minimum, this treatment should be repeated every year in high traffic areas and every two years in low traffic areas. All Steam Team operators are competently trained for the use of Biocides to ensure compliance with the mandates set out by The Health and Safety Executive (HSE). Price from £2.50 per sqm.
